Returns

Due to the personalised nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Be reported within 5 days of delivery.

  • Have clear photographic evidence of defects, damage, or incorrect printing.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at info @ customisedcase . com with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will assess your request and guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

  • The item does not match the specifications provided at the time of purchase.

  • The order was cancelled before production began.

Once your refund request is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 8–12 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible.
